Terms & Regulations:

1. E-Poster Competition Category : Case Report/Series, Research. Participant must be registered for the symposium.
2. The abstract and E-Poster submitted must be original and have never been presented/published at a scientific event or other media.
3. Competition theme : Anesthesia and Critical Care
4. Abstracts are written in Indonesian and English. Abstracts are written in PDF format with a maximum of 300 words (excluding title and references). References are listed in Vancouver superscript reference style.
5. The E-Poster should be made in English.
6. E-Posters may contain text, tables, images, photos and other visual aids related to the assigned topic.
7. E-Poster files are sent in PDF format, landscape format with a size of 1920 x 1080 pixels or 16:9 (widescreen) in 3 columns in only 1 slide.
8. Maximum color combination of 4, including font color.
9. The name of the E-Poster author must be written without a title. The author's name and affiliation/institution must be written clearly. The first name is the name that will deliver the presentation in italics and underlined
10. Number of words: 500-1,000 words (including titles, images, and tables)
11. E-Poster design should have an ideal composition between text and tables/images/photos. Images and tables should not exceed 50% of the poster area.
12. Send the E-Poster to the email address anestesiULM.sci@gmail.com before January 5, 2024.
13. Selected participants will present E-Posters at the 2025 INA-SNACC Symposium.
14. There will be 3 winners each for both case report and research category, with a prize of Rp. 2.000.000 for 1st place, Rp. 1.500.000 for 2nd place, Rp. 1.000.000 for 3rd place.

Theme:

"Innovate, Heal, Inspire"

The theme encourages participants to showcase inspiring innovations in medicine, whether through technology, education, or the arts. This could include demonstrations of creative medical technology, performances that illustrate innovation, or artwork that inspires change.

Regulations:

1. Participants

• The event is open to all individuals or groups who are practiced in Anesthesiology field
• Each participant can submit one video for initial selection.

2. Video Submission

• Video has a maximum duration of 5 minutes.
• Videos can showcase a variety of skills, such as singing, dancing, acting, playing musical instruments, stand up comedy, poetry reading and more.
• Make sure the video is recorded with a good sound and picture quality.
• Send the video to the email address anesthesiaULM.sci@gmail.com before January 5, 2024.

3. Initial Selection Announcement

• Participants who pass the initial selection will be announced via their Instagram account or website.
• Selected participants will be invited to perform live at the 2025 INA-SNACC Symposium.

4. Event Rules

• Selected participants must be present on the day of the event.
• Participants must respect the time and not exceed the specified performance duration.
• It is prohibited to use tools or attributes that have the potential to harm other participants.
• By submitting a video, participants agree that their video may be published as a recording of the event.
• All decisions of the jury are final and binding.
• There will be 3 winners each for both case report and research category, with a prize of Rp. 2.000.000 for 1st place, Rp. 1.500.000 for 2nd place, Rp. 1.000.000 for 3rd place

Theme:

"Silent Heroes: Behind the Scenes in Anesthesia and Critical Care"

This theme highlights the important role of often unseen yet crucial medical professionals in critical care and anesthesia.

Terms & Regulations:

1. Participants: Open to all Medical practitioners, critical care, as well as medical students or health professionals.

2. Photo Format:

• Photo must be in digital format (.JPEG or .RAW).
• Minimum resolution of 300 DPI, file size should not exceed 5 MB.

3. Number of Photos: Each participant is allowed to submit 1 photo for judging. Each photo must be accompanied by a short description (maximum 150 words) explaining the photo's relationship to the competition theme.

4. Originality: Photos must be the original work of the participant and have not been published or submitted in any other competition and doesn’t have animation, SARA and/or pornography content.

5. Copyright: By submitting a photo, participants give permission to the committee to use the photo in publications and promotions of the event without additional compensation, while still giving credit to the photographer.

6. Registration Deadline: All photos must be sent to the email address anestesiULM.sci@gmail.com before January 5, 2024, and registration is considered valid after all administrative requirements are met.

7. Prize: There will be 6 winners, with a prize of Rp. 1.000.000 for 1st place, Rp. 750.000 for 2nd place, Rp. 500.000 for 3rd place and Rp. 250.000 for 3 best contenders.

Terms & Regulations:

1. All participant must be registered in symposium to take part in the fun run.
2. There will be a registration fee of Rp.100.000 to participate in the event. Participants will receive a race pack consisting of a T-shirt and a finisher medal.
3. Participants must complete registration before January 5, 2025.
4. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to run. Please tell the committee if you have any special conditions or medications needed.
5. Water stations and first aid will be available on the route.
6. Re-registration is open 30 minutes before the run starts.
7. The event may be canceled or delayed due to heavy rain or bad weather.
8. This is a fun run, there will be no prizes, take your time, enjoy the morning scenery and the company.
